Who doesn't love a wet, wild and windy day every now and again, especially when it doesn’t happen too often here in the UAE? This month it’s time to think about why our weather is the way it is around the world, where we see lots of different weather patterns happening because of variations in the atmosphere. Earth science covers the study of weather and scientists called meteorologists explore how it changes. Let’s see what it’s like to be a meteorologist and start investigating the wonderful world of weather!

Experiments included:

  1. Making it rain
  2. Cloud in a bottle
  3. Whirling wind
  4. Pressure changes
  5. Tornados
  6. Storm resistant house

Each experiment comes with a handy QR code so these can be scanned to take you to an explainer video for extra help.
